Terms of service

Effective July 16, 2026

Attorney review lands before public launch. These are the operative terms until then, and the plain-language promises in them survive that review.

Who you are dealing with

Code With Vibes ("we," "us") is operated by Lupo Rosso LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business under its registered assumed name Code With Vibes. These terms are a binding agreement between you and Lupo Rosso LLC. They cover codewithvibes.com and everything you buy on it.

The product

A self-paced, text-based course with downloadable working materials: prompts, markdown templates, skills, agent and workflow patterns, and starter code. What each tier includes and what it costs is stated on the page before you buy. No webinars, no calls, no community obligations.

Your account

Buying requires an account. Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it. Give accurate information so receipts and access work. One account per person.

Payment and pricing

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, one time, no subscription. Launch-window pricing is exactly what it says: the stated price for the stated window, and when the window ends the price changes once, as announced. Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout where required.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case by case within 14 days of purchase, on both paid tiers. Eligibility ends early once a substantial portion of the course has been completed. The full policy, including how to ask, is on the refund page. It has no completion thresholds and no fine-print conditions.

Your license

Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable license to the course and its materials for your own use. It is not a license to resell, republish, share logins, redistribute the content, or scrape it into another product, paid or free. If you want team access, ask about team pricing instead of sharing one seat: hello@codewithvibes.com.

Starter code and templates

Downloadable code, prompts, and templates are yours to use and modify in your own projects, commercial ones included, and you own what you build with them. What you may not do is repackage and sell the materials themselves as a course, template pack, or competing product. Third-party and open-source components inside the starter materials keep their own licenses, noted where they apply.

Access and versions

Purchase includes access to the version 1 course, as it exists and as it may be revised, for as long as the course is offered. New major versions, if released, are separate products. If the course is ever discontinued, buyers keep access to the materials in downloadable form.

Educational only, no outcome guarantees

We teach the patterns to ship a working agent system. We don't guarantee employment, income, business outcomes, or any specific result; your results depend on your work. Nothing in the course is legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.

Third-party services and API costs

The exercises use third-party AI providers and tools under your own accounts. Their prices, terms, and availability are theirs, not ours, and the API credits you spend on exercises are your cost. The course states honest estimates of that spend, and they are estimates, not caps.

Local models and software you install

Some exercises offer an optional path that runs a model on your own hardware. Optional means optional: every exercise also has a path that does not require installing any model, and we do not require, recommend, or endorse any specific model, provider, or tool. Anything you choose to download or install, including any local model, is your decision and your responsibility. Do your own research first: review the source, the license, and the security and privacy implications, and confirm your hardware can handle it. We are not responsible for third-party software or models or for what they do on your machine.

Availability

The course is self-paced and meant to be there whenever you come back to it, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, and maintenance happens. If access breaks for you in a sustained way, email us and we make it right.

Intellectual property

The course content is copyrighted material owned by Lupo Rosso LLC. Your license is described above; everything not expressly granted is reserved.

If these terms are violated

Sharing logins, reselling content, or scraping the course gets access revoked. For anything short of that, you hear from us by email first. Revocation for violation does not create a refund right outside the standard 14-day review window.

Liability limits

Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes

Email first; most problems are fixable in one honest exchange, and both sides agree to try for 30 days before filing anything. Failing that, Texas law governs and disputes belong in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.

Changes

If these terms change, this page changes, with a new effective date. Changes never retroactively shrink what you already bought: your license, your updates, and your refund rights stay as they were at purchase.
